The gloATL dance company will perform a site-specific work in collaboration with Atlanta filmmaker Micah Stansell at the Old Fourth Ward Skatepark next month. The work, titled “the search for the exceptional,” is the first partnership between gloATL dancemaker Lauri Stallings and Stansell.

Looking forward to seeing this! I’ve really been impressed with the work Micah Stansell has done in the past [especially with his wife]. I can’t say that I’ve really “seen” and of gloATL’s work but I remember them causing a lot of conversation at last years Flux. Either way I’m going and it’s going to be awesome, and you should go to.
